The Best Window Cleaning Software
I Have had a window cleaning business for over 10 years now and have been able to try out the top four largest software brands over that time. Its been great to watch each iteration of software grow and improve. I have to say Squeegee sits firmly at the top and has done for some time.
However, I will say that Squeegee may not be a software for everyone. The same thing that makes it great, the sheer number of features and capability, also make it the most challenging to get the best from. But rest assured though, every minute that you put into the software rewards you with another easier, more convenient and more time saving way to run your business. Its is simply sublime.
Entering in new clients, easy. Round ordering and scheduling, easy. Payments and banking, seamless and easy. And the reporting is out of this world.
At this point, I was going to say, if you are a owner operator with just one van, then feel free to check out some of the other options, but on refection, squeegee software is so good, even the most simple of businesses would benefit.
If you do run multi-vehicle operations however, there is only one real choice. Squeegee is just so versatile and comprehensive, it just makes all other choices seem too simplistic and tedious. So bite the bullet, set aside some time to enter all the info and set it up properly and you wouldn’t believe just how easy and effortless running a data intensive business can be.

I have not yet starting using this but I am very impressed at how easy it is to add customers and the many helpful features it has.
We were initially put off by the how long it would take to put everything together. But it has been simple. I look forward to using this at the start if next month.

I have started using it earlier than planned.
The app does take a little getting used to but I can see it is going to be a huge help organizing my work. I believe that our business will run more economically and make more money because of the app. And as important keep our customers happy by delivering a better service.
What I love most is the following: jobs automatically book next clean after each job done. Book on a specific date each month. For example each Wednesday of the second week of each month. Add details that a customer has requested. Such as don’t use pole on front door (leaks). Have the days jobs highlighted on-a map exactly where they are and quickest route to them.
See when an emailed invoice has been seen by the customer.
Able to text message the customer letting them know invoice has been sent. Have app on phone at all times.

Loving it
I am very old fashioned and used a big old paper diary for years. I realised I needed to get with the times so decided to go with squeegee, setting up is a bit of a faff, but there is know way round it, you just have to do the work and get all your customers in there and all the jobs but once you get used to it it’s fine.
Support are very helpful and answer any questions quickly which really helps ( thanks Susie )
Now all the info if in there my life is so much easier. You can assign work to your team or yourself. It will even navigate you to your jobs in the best order. Then when the jobs are done with the swipe of a finger the job gets invoices and booked ready for the next clean. Leaving you more time to get on with your life. Win win.
