Amazing!

I love this app so much! there is pretty much everything on here. i wanted to send gifts to my partner in Korea but buying gifts and shipping them would be so expensive so i am so happy that i found this app. it is so useful and quite cheap. i really really recommend this app :)

A very good app to send gifts locally to your Korean friends

Firstly, a big thanks to Jenny and Nicole who has helped me along the way. The customer support team do reply to your queries promptly and very professionally.

I really like the concept where someone from other parts of the world is able to send a gift locally to another in a different country (S.Korea in my case case) - no need for international transit, in which parcels can go missing, damage and even pay taxes/duty. Apps like SodaGift saves time and could even reduce carbon emissions. Works very well especially during this pandemic where flights and shipping are limited or under strain due to border restrictions.

This app is clean and easy to navigate. Lots of different gifts to choose from if gifting someone living in Korea. This includes flowers, cake, gift cards, various traditional Korean desserts, etc. Although you do need to take note that some are delivered, and others the recipient would have to pick up or redeem in person, which are clearly labelled when viewing the details.

There are some things they could change/include such as ability to order more than one gifts in one order, choosing gift wrap, add more varieties (e.g. jewellery, chocolate, birthday cards, etc).

Other minor issues: address must be in Korean (they do state in FAQ to contact customer support for help with translation), must include recipient’s telephone/mobile number (a problem if you don’t know it and don’t want to ask if you wanted an element of surprise. But I’m sure the sender will find a way to obtain the recipient’s number without ruining it).

Overall, a great app, great customer service, great company. I would certainly use it again for my next gift.
