Won’t let me save my remarks & wont let me see the EKG help centre
I only downloaded this today & 5 times the app has closed, I’ve also tried to save remarks & it quotes “param lose”, I’ve tried to access the EKG help centre & nothing is shown
Security needs improving
Previously one could use the ECG directly without registering but now it forces registration and log in before allowing ECG to be taken. Secondly, at the very start, the app forces us to accept or reject terms and condition at the start without actually showing ANY terms and condition! Thirdly, when typing the password to register, the password is fully visible rather than been hidden with asterisk like *****. This is not good programming practice and probably the password is not encrypted either. These issues need to be addressed as a matter of priority to avoid another data breech. Thanks.
Works perfectly for me
I don’t understand a lot of the negative comments. I’ve had this device about 4 years and — apart from renewing battery cell regularly — I’ve had no problems whatsoever. I use it both with index fingers and also using strap, to hold on the device, when taking recording over the heart itself. Perseverance works!
