Basic remote
Does what is says some features e.g apps if you click it doesn’t do anything so have to use different app button. Not a big issue but not 5 star material I think the ⬅️⬆️➡️🔽buttons could be bigger to take in to account that u can’t feel the buttons so u can still click without looking

Privacy is a right. And when make so much effort and put in so much of your time invading, intruding and betraying. Maybe it’s about time you ask yourself... i have people surrounding me, comforting me . Trying protect me. I’m human so I Can feel still, but been through hell and back and nothing can really destroy me now. Done that and At this very moment Im putting in my time to be part of the things that truly matter now I’m already creating something much bigger than us.♥️♥️♥️
Smart Remote
Hate the fact that it will only give you some of the functions on the free version, if you want arrow keys then you have to pay 3.99 which doesn’t sound a lot but it’s the fact that they are holding you to ransom with it and making you have to pay, for example if you’ve lost your proper remote control and this is the only way you can control your tv then you NEED to have the full amount of functions and so would have to pay to get them even if you didn’t want to pay for something that up until then was free to do! There may be other apps that you don’t have to pay but may not be as good or compatible with the type of TV you have!! I just think it’s unfair
