Smart Printer App: iPrint 4+

This app was very easy to use and explained well how to set up and print from my phone to my printer. I had no problems with this app and would recommend it to others! It works great!

Really annoyed at this company. I get a bill this morning for £50 from my phone provider saying that they’ve been charging £9.99 to my little sisters phone number, who is a minor, because she started a free trial to access the app and the automated subscriptions kept taking £9.99 a week from her number.

The pricing model states £59 for a year and £9.99 a week, this is incredibly predatory designed to catch out users that turn on the trial to look at the features and those automated subscriptions they take the users money. I’ve sent them an email, I really hope they’re able to make this right.

However, please note that this is how subscriptions work on Appstore. If the trial wasn't canceled before the renewal, you'll be charged according to the selected plan.

To cancel the recurring payments, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Unfortunately, developers don't have the tools to manage the payments on their part. In such a case, please submit a request by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the subscription, then choose Submit.

It is one thing having an app that is feature packed. I understand that the developers need to make money to support the development. Charging £10 per week is daylight robbery. Granted that you may have 3 days to evaluate the software there are full graphic design software suites that don’t even cost the £99 lifetime payment that they want to squeeze out of you.
Either way I do not do enough printing to warrant this cost. No way am I even going to start the trial even for 3 days.
Possibly have a model where you are limited to x number of prints per month or if you have more than 2 printers.
