The use of it has changed because it would be unreasonable unless theses multiple persons adjusting its functions
Dissapointing and No Refund Granted
I purchased this app believing it would function as advertised with my printers, but it couldn’t detect any of them. Once I realised it wasn’t working properly, I uninstalled the app and promptly requested a refund. Despite that, my appeal was rejected multiple times.
After checking other reviews, it’s clear that several people have had the same issue and can’t get their money back either. Under UK consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund if a product doesn’t work as advertised—especially if you request it within 14 days. In this case, it looks like those rights are being ignored, which is why I’m reporting this as a scam. Buyers beware.
SCAM
Down loaded this app as it looked good you try and click connect your printer however it then goes to a payment screen to either pay weekly or for the year which is near 60 pound which I find too expensive when it doesn’t allow you to test it first so I’ve deleted it. Buyers be aware
