Description
Skedulo is a mobile workforce management application that captures real-time business insights to deliver advanced on-demand scheduling on a beautifully designed user interface.
The Skedulo mobile app provides scheduled resources with the following functionality directly on their mobile device:
- View daily, weekly and monthly agendas of allocated and dispatched jobs
- View job notifications for jobs pending a response
- Open job addresses in native maps applications to navigate to job
- Capture customer signatures on jobs
- Add unavailability requests & records
- View and edit Job notes and attachments
- Update Job progress (Check-in, Complete)

It just works
Shows work to be done and allows progress recording in a simple manner
Not realistic travel time
Been using this app for a while as the company I work for dispatches the list of clients to be visited. 99% of the time the travel time isn’t accurate. I’m not sure where they pull out their traffic data but is definitely out of sync and unrealistic. On the app it tells me 30mins to get to the client but upon opening the route on Google or Waze it would take an hour or more. I think the logistics data on this app thinks that my car levitates or I should beat all the red lights. Lol
