Constant improvement in functionality but could still be better. The app cannot handle stableford scoring. The additional club tags has been reduced for the current generation product to just X1 and X2. Many golfers manage their bag club selection based on the course they are playing. This means that on occasions the bag may contain more wedges for shorter courses or additional longer and hybrid clubs for longer courses. Having to swap club tags for such club changes is a bind and it messes up actual club data. I personally would like to see the X3 and X4 tags being made available again with possibly a couple of additions. The app gets better with each update and provides a lot of review information to help analyse your individual club data and overall ability.

I’ve had the shot scope V3 since Jan 24, and I have been generally quite pleased with this product! I mainly use the gps + track, and I’ve been pleased with how I’ve been able to cut 3 shots off my handicap from 12 to 9 purely by reducing the number of shots left short on approach to green! I have recently bought a replacement set of tags as a number of the originals had worn down! I have re organised my bag and use tubes for the clubs with foam at their base to stop the wearing of the tags on the bottom of the bag! These new tags appear to be much better at picking up which club is being used and doesn’t appear to miss any shots after two rounds of using them!

I’ve now been using Shot Scope Watches and it’s editing Software and App for several years now and I just can’t praise them enough. I recently wrote a dissing review because I stupidly hadn’t paid attention to my emails and failed to take note of the new much improved way of editing. We’ll that’s my problem NOT theirs. My V3 watch is superb and much improved on the V2! The new editing skill set is even better and is most definitely incredibly intuitive. AND lastly Andy and the support team are punctual, provide 1st class help and show amazing patience. It’s simply a Brilliant product. Reggie Malin.
