ShineTools is a mobile phone application software that can easily debug the inverter through a smart phone. Updated app is backward step if you can’t log in
Today it would not let me into the app. My password is correct as I signed into their web site ok with it. It then said use new app.
The new app won’t accept the password (which I know is right) and if you say you forgot password which is the only other option it then requires you to put in the old password (which it is not accepting) before you can change it.
Useless!!!
What a useless tool. It doesn’t recognise my password and when using forgot password’ option it still asks for the ‘ initial password’. Seem like the app was created by students from a garage or a basement.
Won’t open
Same problem as previous post, rejects correct password
