Flew from LHR to JED was my first experience on Saudi Airways was wonderful service and quality as expected and bonus onboard wifi top of range very fast and I was talking to my family,children all the way for little changes good food and comfortable travel will recommend anyone in future diffinetly will fly again with my family because I know it will be great experience thanks

This is the worst app I have on my phone to date (and the website is no better).
Don’t bother registering for alfursan because the link on the app just kicks you out of the whole app. So all the points you could have earned get lost in cyberspace somewhere!! So despite having booked 3 different flights so far (and putting in my membership number every time) my reward points still show 0!
You can’t check in online, and even if you could you still have to check in at the airport anyway. But you will be pleased to know that there are a few very discreet check in computers in random malls in Saudi Arabia, that if you do happen to be carrying your passport on you, you can check in online whilst doing your shopping! Who would have thought it eh?
There’s no way to add any additional luggage, you have to go into the nearest office to do this (yes! That’s right an office?! Who even has to go into an office to sort anything out these days?!)
What is the point in having this app?! Can someone please enlighten me? If I could have gave the rating minus stars I would have. But it wouldn’t let me so it got one instead!

I am utterly appalled by Saudia’s lack of care and support. After booking my original flights with Saudia, they changed my itinerary to KLM without consulting me, despite knowing I was pregnant. This change led to a missed connection due to a delay, leaving me stranded overnight in a foreign country. Saudia did absolutely nothing to assist me when I reached out for help.

Their negligence in ensuring my journey was safe and comfortable as a pregnant traveler is unacceptable. Once they handed my travel over to KLM, they washed their hands of any responsibility, ignoring my situation entirely. The fact that they moved my flight to another airline without offering any follow-up care or oversight shows a complete disregard for customer well-being.

If you’re looking for an airline that values its passengers, especially those in vulnerable situations, Saudia is not it. Their lack of empathy, accountability, and basic customer service is disgraceful. I won’t be flying with them again.
