User Friendly
The SABB app is easy to use and has great functionality. Great for international transfers, all of which can be done at the click of a button. One of my favorite banking apps.
Good improvement and nice to have access to the umlaty card after 2 years!
Had to reinstall with the latest AP update, as the developers failed to tell employers (SABB) and their customers that they could no longer use “#” in their passwords, ICT are their own worst enemy….
That aside the app is running a lot more smoothly but still locks people out far too soon.
And far better than any U.K. banking app.
The continental banking apps are still the best, and a good bench mark for those around the rest of the world.
Issue with submitting comments and upload photos
The app is ok on a day to day basis.
However when you are using the live chat there is where the issues arise.
You cannot really see what you wrote and if you are waiting for more than 3 minute while their agent to trying to deal with your queries than it will warn you to do something otherwise it will kick you out of the live chat.
Another issue is when you use the complaint section their agent will ask you to take screen shot of the issue and send to them but there is no where to upload the picture.
After three days the complaint will automatically close, then it will give you a chance to accept or reject the outcome. Unfortunately the reject button doesn’t work so you have no choice but to accept.
This needs to be look at by the app developer where it is not user friendly and lots of functionality issues that need to be addressed.
