Fantastic app with loads of local businesses on there.
Zero customer service
Ordered food last week and was told it would be delivered within an hour. After being lied to by the restaurant that the food was out for delivery TWICE, it finally turned up after 3 hours. Runcorn Eats offers no help or customer service and expects you to contact the restaurant directly. I complained to Runcorn Eats via email and they have not even deigned to reply to me. It’s a joke of an app with high fees which pay for zero customer service. Stay away!
Useless
Offers basically no order updates and when there’s an issue with your order they read and ignore all messages.
