No option to report incomplete orders
I just received my first order. Seven items from Ieshas on Rawlinson Street. One item was missing - a naan bread. There was no option in the app to report this error. The help section offered the option to phone the vendor. I tried this but it simply didn’t work.

It just sends you straight to the webpage, which is really annoying! But otherwise that there are some good restaurants that you can’t get on just eat!

The latest update is now a dedicated app, so this problem is no longer there, glad you love the concept too!
Never a single order on time
I’ve used this app about 7 times in total and once my order was 15 minutes early which would have been ok but I wasn’t home at the time and all my other orders have at least been 20 minutes late including the order that I am currently waiting on which is now 30 minutes late even though I preordered it the day before
