The app hasn’t been available to book cabs for some weeks now. Wouldn’t it be fairer to customers to either let them know that this is a temporary problem that will be fixed, or remove it from the app store?

used this app for about 4 months. During this time the price has increased twice without saying. my trip to and from work takes about 5-7 minutes. this used to cost me 5.30. then they changed the price however, on the app it still said estimated price as 5.30. id get there and be charge £6.50! As if this wasnt enough, today my ride was 5 minutes. estimated price was £6.30, when i got in the car the drivers phone said £7.30 and when he takes pay it takes £7.50. i would love to know how they would justify more than a pound a minute or why they constantly unexpectedly change the price. service majority of the time is very poor and i have been spoke to poorly by a few different drivers.

overall very untrustworthy and undeserving company. save your money and use a different service.

Several times I’ve rang up on the phone to ask to pay with my card over the phone. The guy on the other side of the phone who sounds about 12 and about as sharp as a butter knife always assured me he’s taken my card details and payment. So many times I’ve got to my destination and the driver has asked for a second payment treating me as if I’m trying to pull a fast one, take a closer look at home at your incompetent data entry/phone staff. So I then had to ring up AGAIN to pay a second time on my card!! Even though the guy assured me he had already taken my payment. The driver said he had no knowledge of it. Dodgy fraudulent people shouldn’t even be allowed to run a business, childish incompetent staff taking honest people for a ride. Shouldn’t be allowed to run a legit business
