Boro Cars is the leading private hire company in the North East of England
operating the finest technology , is introducing a brand new feature allowing you to book your taxi with the tap of one button. You are also able to track the whereabouts of your vehicle if
it hasn't arrived within 5-10 minutes. Alternatively you can tap another
button and use the new 'Call my Driver ' feature which connects you directly
to the driver that has been allocated your booking. This 'state of the art'
technology is in addition to the text back service which provides you with
the details of the vehicle and driver that has been dispatched to you and
also the ringback service which lets you know when your vehicle has arrived.

• Rebook Journeys: Quickly re-book your completed rides from the completed rides section.
• Last Booked Vehicle: The last vehicle you booked now appears first, speeding up your next booking.

Amazing
Fab taxi driver. Collected us from Skelton and we had the best taxi ride. Played music to get us singing and then asked what were the kids favourite chocolates were and then gave them a box of malteasers 😍
Good app but please improve payment switching
A good app but it’s a pain to switch between payment methods. Currently the default is set in the Wallet menu. When you book your trip that payment method is automatically selected. If you want to switch between Cash and Apple Pay or vice versa, you have to cancel the trip, go into Wallet, switch payment type and start again. It would be a big improvement if you could select the payment method (from those available in your wallet) while booking your trip.
Good app just stop allowing the drivers to reject you when they’ve said their coming to pick you up
Good app but drivers should not be allowed to drop you or reject picking you up and choosing to pickup different customers while you’re waiting for a ride. The amount of times I’ve been waiting for a car and it goes found you a car your driver will be 6 mins away and when it goes driver rejected and it goes back to finding you a car. And this can be repeated over and over again and again twice now I’ve walked home in the rain cause it was quicker than waiting for another driver.
