Addictive little time filler. Love the visuals, the AI is excellent and all in all has the makings of a really awesome game. I have one small caveat: I feel the upgrades are a little misleading. I purchased the highest level of upgrade, thinking the new dice would add something extra to the game. Eg would the wizard dice cause them to swap cards or would the space dice allow you to re-roll? But no, they are just pretty dice...Also, the game could be really improved if there were more in-game choices. For example you could choose to play a longer game, say, to 100 points, or best of three rounds. You could add bonuses if you filled three 2 point cards before reaching your target, or if you decided to concentrate on filling 15 pt cards. It would certainly add variety and longevity if there were lots of ways to win.

Thanks for the great review and thoughtful feedback. Changing the game length is the #1 suggestion on our list at the moment, so we are working on it. The dice are indeed, just visual... although the Wizard dice do light up if you can score them! :D

Although I am a “ Gamer” and enjoy purely tactical and strategic games ( Terra Mystica, Tigris & Euphrates, Carcassonne etc) my wife doesn’t. She does however enjoy this game which we have played together in the original Purple Box format as opposed to the Digital version. I must say that the digital version captures the game perfectly. We play this in the “ Pass & Play” mode and now prefer it to throwing real Dice and having to occasionally scrabble around under the table to recover a lost Die.

This game is just a bit of fun, so much so that I have purchased the full pack. It’s an easy little game which is very random and Luck weighted. However, there are choices to make in using the correct Dice; so “ Lady Luck” alone won’t always win the game.

It’s a good little game to have on your Mobile for those evenings at the Local Pub when you can “ Pass & Play without having to plunder the depths of your cerebral abilities. At home we use an IPad and usually go for the best of three games, occasionally five as a game doesn’t usually last long.

This is a little time filler game that is enjoyable and well worth the price.

Good game, but I don’t want to link with Facebook to play online; not everything in the world revolves around Facebook! Sort that out and I’ll raise my star rating - we’re not all FB addicts - have been contacted by developer and you don’t need to link with FB, game centre and other media available. Top job on the swift response...

HI there! Thanks for the kind words. I have good news: Facebook is totally optional in Roll For It! and we've implemented a number of alternative ways to find friends online. You can play with your Game Center friends, or search for buddies by e-mail address. From the settings menu, you can share your Friend Code with your chums however you like, so they can easily add you to their own friend lists. We also have an automatch system so you can start games with random opponents, and then add them as friends at the end of the game.
