Did a wrong transaction for a huge some of money and immediately it delayed i received a call from customer service. With the right number he sorted out this transaction immediately and put in the correct number and when it was completed. Matt was really helpful and he made sure my transaction was successfully processed. Started using Rizremit few months ago and services is great.

I made an initial complain about a wrong transaction which has stayed in the portal for weeks and immediately I resorted to customer care I was responded to and my funds redirected to the right number immediately.. it’s been less than 24hr I was contacted and the necessary amendment was made so now I give them a 5 star ..
