I’ve used your services quite satisfactorily for some years now but for sometime now, you’re not delivering anything near the expected standard. As of now, no sender’s name is indicated to the recipient when money is transferred. In my opinion, this is very poor and frustrating as money is received without acknowledgment and no messages are sent to sender now acknowledging receipt of money transferred. I’m not sure what’s causing this drop in quality as I had always recommended your services to friends. Moreover, senders don’t even have the option of adding references to transfers which I believe should indeed be a significant addition. You had always been my number go to transfer application but I’m getting very disappointed now. You need to up your game as competition is ramping up in the market!!

I sent money to Ghana and the person never received it I called them and they keep cutting the call and when they pick up the call too they will be giving me excuses and I also asked for a refund they told me to send email to their app that I need my refund I sent it no reply the next day I received a notification that my money is been sent and paid in full which I didn’t asked them to send the money image if it was wrong transaction and I needed my refund they will have sent this to the wrong person back to my issue I called the person if they have received the money on their phone he said Noo am never going to recommend this app to anyone cause they are not legit
