Not the easiest system I came across!
Very good tool but it takes a lot of time to get used to it. Not the most user friendly. The Budget function is quite confusing and it could be further improved. Being a single entry finance system, there is a risk of making errors specially for bank accounts that relies on manual entries. However, overall it is not too bad but there is still lots of room for improvement.

App lets down a good product
The app is pretty basic and quite poor, to be honest, and if you want to use PocketSmith then 90% of your interaction needs to be done on a laptop.
Amongst many other things, you can only enter manual cash transactions from the app, not enter any other transactions on the fly, and you can’t split them.
I understand the rationale that most transactions should come from either bank interface or file upload, but that’s often too late and I only do that at the end of month reconciliation. I need the functionality to be able to track in-month spend against so that I can modify spending as necessary - and that means the ability to enter transactions such as credit card spend as it happens on the app is important and that is notably missing.
Great app, works well fantastic finances tracker
Such a great app, it has really helped me turn my spending around.
It links will all of my accounts including my savings accounts & crypto. It neatly records all of my transactions & shows my net worth figure instantly.
I tried lots of other apps before but none have this level of functionality or ease of use. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for track their spending, set savings goals & increase their net worth.
