Great potential

Firstly the bug. When you reach the end of the track and then press the ‘play’ button (black arrow in white circle), the app crashes. I suggest that it should rewind and then play.

Initial observations:
There is too much wasted space on the screen, suggest increase the video size and a reduction in the score area.
The video view of the left hand could be improved by zooming in. Also perhaps a slightly different camera angle?
Why tap on the 100% button? Why not have all speeds always in view.
On the slowest tempo, the sound is really strange!
List of tunes: why have pictures? This wastes screen space. I would imagine that if a user has a large list of tunes it would be better to provide user-grouping such as genre, guitar type, artist, etc.
Please provide a “lefty” fretboard view!

Conclusions
A great start that could develop into a very useful app. Perhaps professional guitar tutors would be able to use the app with their own work?

Ok but the "playhead" is way too right onscreen

I have been trying out this app on a Macbook Air. It's ok and better than most but the music "playhead" is way over to the left of screen so it makes it difficult to read the TAB. It's a really, really design. Most other TAB reader type apps or websites like Soundslie website have the "playhead" line moving across the screen from left to righy so th TAB is easier to play. Here you ahve to look at the extreme left of the screen. It's a total dealbreaker for me. The designers hould have put the "playhead" in the middle or allowed the used to decide where the playhead goes. A good idea terribly execured...Shame...Could have been really good...

Printless

No print outs no deal

Developer Response ,

Hello and thank you for your comment, the purpose of the application is to learn songs by following the video and tablature, so the app does not propose to print the tablature.
