Plantie - Stay focused 4+

This app has really helped me to stop procrastinating when I’m studying or doing homework. I usually go on my phone but now with this Plantie I can gain rewards by not being on my phone. Which helps me a lot it makes me want to do my homework and study and not procrastinate.
I also feel like it has helped me reconnect with my hobbies for example playing the piano when I want to play the piano I use this app so I don’t get bored and go on my phone. Instead I keep on practicing!

It’s a simple app, but it’s quite effective. You unlock coins by focusing (i.e. not using other apps) for a certain length of time, and you use those coins to buy new plants. It could be improved by:
a) Greater variety of plants to unlock (only six types atm, and it’s quite easy to unlock even the hardest plant)
b) Some sort of point to saving fruits/coins besides buying new plants. There is a short-term goal (focus on each task) but no proper long-term goal (besides buying new plants). It would be nice if, e.g. you could use the fruits you harvest to make a fruit basket, or build a “garden” or something along those lines over the long-term. There could even be time limits attached to encourage productivity - eg harvest 40 fruits in a month to make a nice fruit basket.
Overall a good app, especially for free, but there is definitely room for improvement!

So I study a levels in the uk and ever since gcse I’ve found it really hard not to procrastinate. However this App helps me to keep on track not only staying focus but also to the hours I put in everyday.
