Description
Aplikacja PKP INTERCITY umożliwia zakup biletów na pociągi wszystkich kategorii: EIP, EIC, IC i TLK przy zastosowaniu ulg ustawowych i aktualnych promocji. Wygodny zakup biletów powrotnych, możliwość tworzenia profili zakupowych uwzględniających najczęstsze trasy i posiadane ulgi. Umożliwia zakup biletów dodatkowych jak przewóz roweru, psa lub dodatkowego bagażu i wybór miejsca ze schematu. Dodatkowo pozwala zamówić posiłek z WARS z dostawą do miejsca. Dostęp do zakupionych biletów również w trybie offline.

Fix the bugs! Impossible to pay for a ticket!
The app forces users to accept all cookies and give consent to use the personal information before buying the tickets! It also forces users to allow precise location.
After selecting the ticket the app doesn’t allow to pay! The button “Accept regulations” is inactive and there’s no option to go forward without accepting. Perhaps this is linked to the web site. Don’t know. But I struggle to buy ticket in the app! Please FIX IT!
Good but for me useless.
No possibility to buy tickets for other operators. I am travelling twice a week through half of the country and it is not possible to do so with PKP IC only.
Waste of time
I don’t know how people in Poland manage to travel by train. I guess not with ease. I tried booking tickets on the PKP website, then intercity then bilkom but all of them were terrible so I tried this app instead. First it was down for maintenance, when I first tried to book tickets, and now that I’m successfully logged in it just keeps telling me that 'no offers fulfill the criteria' no matter what train or ticket type I pick. It’s utterly useless.
