Great game but buggy app
AI sometimes gets stuck forcing to abandon game even if I restart the app.
Dictionary seems inconsistent; wouldn’t let me play HELL, then didn’t let me play LO though the AI player later used LO in the same game.
Money earned per card could be swapped in its location with the cost symbol, so that when you have a large hand you can see the cards’ value when building a word. Crowding means the values get overlapped and obscured.
Rules seem to be very brief for new players.
Be good to have some kind of card collection so you know how many are still locked - personally I’d rather just have all available; earning new cards seems like an idea bolted on rather than a meaningful campaign of unlocks.
I’ve played (and own physical copies) of Paperback, Hardback and Adventures so really rate the game. This app has potential and if bugs are ironed out I’ll gladly update this review.
Such a great game but buggy app
Love this game and the addition of the coop mode and expansion but game hangs so frequently causing forced quit and then have to restart a game.
Great - when it works
Has hung on 2 out of 3 games, always at the AI buying a card stage.
Guess I’ll just wait for the physical edition
