Locked out - cannot access
Been using the app just fine for about 2 years, then accidentally logged out today and now cannot get back in, despite attempting to reset password. So now have an visibility of my upcoming appointments.
Too much data capture
I was advised to download this app by a practitioner in order to make a booking. Before I’d even used it I had to enter my email and a password. I only wanted to test it out over calling the salon and didn’t expect to have to submit details about myself before even trying it. Not impressed so I deleted it
