I think the app does a great job in terms of functionality. However I’d like to see the following improvements: a feature to dismiss jobs that are not of interest, an option to filter the distance by mileage so can avoid jobs that are too far for preference, the filter for shifts doesn’t always work & I can’t see how much I’ll be paid for a job once I’ve been accepted (it would be good as a reminder to see how much I’d be paid once I’ve done the job). Also the option to message & contact the job poster once the job has been accepted. In addition to this push notifications whenever new jobs are posted so not miss these opportunities.

After doing a few jobs for broadstone I have to say that their job referrals and payment options are quiet good and never boring, however during this time there has been a few updates and the new purpose of ensuring that all those who sign up are able to work in the uk by adding a scanning app which refuses to accept a provisional/full driving license I find this to be a problem for me as it’s the only form of id and proof I have so it makes it difficult when staff at broadstone ask me to provide another form of id as I also work for another agency which means I don’t get much free time

I have been with Broadstone since late 2018 and it has been an extraordinary experience so far. The way the operations and general affairs are handled are truly impressive. Job referrals are made through the app and shifts are logged on a personal calendar along with personal payment information with an optional instant pay facility with a small fee. I am happy to have such a provision at my convenience and I look forward to benefiting from this platform now and in the future.
