Oh Polly - Clothing & Fashion 4+

Oh Polly is one of my favourite brands and I highly recommend their products however, I find that I prefer to shop through the website than the app. The app is slower and the sale section is always really glitchy, as you can’t filter and a pain to find. I hope they can make the app work better

The clothes are absolutely worth the money. Beautiful material that just shows off your figure lovely. Delivery is super fast, and comes to you within 2 days, even when selecting 3-4 working days. Customer service is also very good, hassle free and no fuss😀
However, at checkout the app does tend to freeze up, and the checkout can be a bit confusing. Secondly, for the money that you are spending, I would expect to not have to pay for the return of items. For example, like Pretty Little Thing, I would expect returns to be free. Lastly, from that I am aware, when going on to the app, there is no where to “sigh in” to your account, which can make the app seem a little less personal to the person. This also makes checkout more confusing.
The clothes themselves are absolutely stunning though, and no other brand can compare 👑

I absolutely love the oh polly range, however 3 things..... I think the delivery price for the Channel Islands is far too much. It’s frustrating because if I want to order something else which I couldn’t decide on the first time round , it puts me off because it’s another £7.99 on just delivery. Second It also takes over a week to come down. In light of the length of time it takes.... it shouldn’t be £7.99.
Third... I’m really not sure on your sizes. I am a size 8, however in oh polly I am a 10 but your sizing guide doesn’t reflect this. Going by your chart i should be a size 6 given my measurements, but I can’t even squeeze into a size 8 from oh polly because I have ordered 8’s in the past, far too tight.
