Neuron E-scooters and E-bikes 4+

For a lot of people who have families it is hard to use Neuron as you can only use 1 at a time so for a family you need multiple devices which is hard to carry . Overall good app great fun using the scooter I highly recommend to anyone looking for electric scooters or bikes

I really love the scooters and really would rather use them than the bus, but one of my favourite roads and the one I need to make the scooters worth it was changed to a no-ride zone (probably not neurons fault, not why I deducted a star). The reason I deducted a star was because after I went into the no ride zone, it took way too long for it to figure out I was back in a ride zone and then I spent a while trying to find a diversion to get me to the place I wanted to disembark. The gps is quite slow to update on the app so it’s really hard to tell which street I’m on and if I go down a street if I’ll then run into a no ride zone, which costs money and time.

What id like is faster gps or turn by turn navigation (obviously I can’t use google or Apple maps for this as they aren’t aware of the ride zone boundaries). Or even have the app have be able to select a destination and the scooters give me turn by turn voice navigation.

These things are fun and worth a try, but I won’t get a pass until the geo zone changes calm down.

I was stupid enough go rely on a new platform, without testing it out first, whilst being late for an appointment. I should’ve just walked.

First they charge me 6 quid to check if I am a legit user (after which they release the amount), helmet was stuck and couldn’t get out, bikes had no suspension and were slow and awful to ride and where i was going was literally at the periphery of the allowed zone, which meant they were utter useless for me and i have lost a few quid and most importantly my time and being on time in the process.

Giving them 2 stars for now as the platform and concept looks good, but delivery is poor. I will stick with Uber Lime for now, thanks.
