The scooters are great, sometimes you have to close the application completely, so you can restart and get it over what ever the problem is
Overall bad
App functionally works well ie getting the scooter etc but payment we were over charged (by a lot - about double the full day rate, obviously no cap on the day rate) and contacted customer services who ignored us. If you can’t sort out the payment issue it’s a huge problem. I see other reviews have the same issues. Not sure what experience they’ve had getting the money back but mines been awful. Wouldn’t recommend or use again because of it.

Wow! Cut my commute to half!
So easy to get on and go, so convenient and (besides crap Malaysian pavements) it was an enjoyable ride. Can't believe it got me up Jalan Maarof 😅🧗♀️
