Poor App
Added 4 MS60 satellites to my MR60 router and app goes crazy! Designed to only manage 3 satellites on the network map screen (confirmed by Netgear support) does not allow for correct management of all satellites! Occasionally displays prompt to view full list of attached satellite then displays phantom satellites along with actual satellites! Unplugging satellite 1 finally shows satellite 4 with completely wrong details! App and website both display different information about any single satellite! App also displays the wrong MAC address of several satellites, last few digits do not match! Get these issues fixed and app I would rate at 5 stars not 1 star.
Fine for one device but add another one….
I was concerned about this but I managed to set up an EX20 and all worked fine although a bit slow to set up but it was working as it is supposed to and gave an excellent signal boost. However I decided to add another extender (EX6410) and that is when problems started. Logged in and found the add another extender and a new password required for the extender which was done. After a struggle managed to connect and get second device working. However I can no longer login to any device as my app can not find a router. If I log on to my newly created NETGEAR account on a pc it has only registered the EAX20.
I would have expected the app to work with several devices and they would be listed when I logged in to the app. Then have the ability to interrogate each individual device for further information. The app only appears to work one to one with an extender.

App update and system firmware update has resulted in disappointment. Satellites not showing any connected devices in the app when the system is in a backhaul situation, but when you go onto desktop pc you can see the devices connected. I would like to downgrade the software to get things working properly again but the app just keeps banging on about updating the firmware to the latest version. Then to add insult to injury the update just bangs on about paying for additional features.
