NetBank Business Mobile features:

· Reissue, reset or change your password 24/7 on your mobile device, hassle free.

· View balances and account statements.

· Capture small batches of up to 20 transactions for payments or transfers.

· Authorise transfers, payments, Send-iMali payments and collections.

· Authorise users, beneficiaries and collectees.

· Search transactions for the past five years on credit cards, savings and current accounts online.

· Reset a user's password if you are an administrator.

Awful user experience

Compared to international banking apps it's just awful. The latest update says new look and feel....and all that changed were the menu page icons. Nedbank need to invest in some UX specialists and completely overhaul this app! Put the user first and make the common tasks as easy as possible.

Badly designed

My children could have made better design/ usability choices than the people responsible for placing the Back button half the size and directly under the Logout button - which is not actually labelled LogOut but instead looks like a Home Button. I defy anyone to not accidentally log out at least once per session. Selecting date ranges also presents problems because not only are the icons unusually tiny but there is an inexplicable lag after pressing a date so you end up pressing buttons several times and ending up in the wrong month or year. These things are easy to fix so hopefully they will.

Relic App

Really outdated app that seems likes it’s stuck in a long list past. Have to use this as the newer Nedbank money app as it won’t let me log in. Real let down.
