National Council for Metal Detecting provides insurance to metal detectorists and represents members at Government level on the creation of or any changes to legislation that may affect the hobby of metal detecting.

I love the fact that all the information I need is at my fingertips, and the ability to record my find sites with a photo of my find is fantastic. Great piece of work by the tech guys at the NCMD.

Much easier than having to carry the id around as almost everyone has a smartphone.
