Does not open
I’ve had this app for some time, but since the 4th of January 2023 it has not worked at all on my iPhone and iPad. All I get when I try to open the app is a white screen on both the iPhone and iPad. If I try to log in on my MacBook I still have problems as it doesn’t let me log in, so there is even a problem on the website. Please can you repair these problems.
Waste of time
I spent nearly 2 hours, with no luck to login to my account. No reason given or an explanation to why i cannot log into my account.
No help is available from anywhere. Very disappointed.
Failure to open theApps
Apps on IPhone doesn’t open at all, I have tried several times but no luck. This means loss of a lot of money as I do transactions on my mobile apps. I am not happy at all. Please could you sort it out?
