NatWest Premier Black 4+

I use this mainly for the cinema bit. Ive msg them multiple times that Odeon doesn't work but is still on app (has not worked in a really long time so assume its just for show and they dont deal with odeon anymore) and under Reel cinema Farnham is not listed. They always say its being looked at but never happens.

The app really needs work in other areas. Website is marginally better. The sections i use make me wonder just how accurate other areas are as the booking parts arent

Really clunky badly tested app that seems to freeze and grind away very slowly. Only used for meet and greet booking. Doesn’t save your personal info so have to re enter relevant and irrelevant information for every booking. Basically it kind of works but hasn’t been tested properly or thought through. Shame as it undermines the Black brand / value.
Update- still terrible. Now doesn’t actually take a booking but just crashes relying on you to phone up if you don’t get an email to confirm. Really hopeless. This app needs to be properly tested. Just not good enough. It DOESN’T WORK!

The app is practically unusable, as is the website - although that is marginally easier to use. Searches take an unfeasibly long time to return any results, for example.

However, aside from the app the product itself is also very poor. For example, the ticket booking ‘benefit’ of the 25% discount is almost wiped out by the ludicrous 20% booking fee added on by NatWest, and you can’t even choose your seat, like you can when booking direct with the venue!
