Good App and worth it

Ok.... you need to play for a long time and it gets repetitive. My partner and I played for about 6 months before we went to Vegas. We had 11 vouchers between us and on our 6 day trip we ate almost entirely free and had a couple of nights out on drinks vouchers. The “buffet for two” voucher for Aria was the best as included limitless bar. It’s very easy to exchange printed vouchers with ID at M Life rewards desk, no queues and really simple. I topped coins once or twice but even after that we managed to save around £6/700 while on holiday. I think this works well for Vegas. The shows are worth it on 2-4-1 and that saves £150 too, we managed to see Cher.

The higher the level the more vouchers you can use, I had 6 my partner 5. To make it worth it and be able to use all vouchers you need to stay in an MGM hotel.

Some of the voucher types you can only use limited number of, so it helps if there are two of you going and collecting if in Vegas for more than a few days. It also takes some planning on what you can use on certain days. All in all it’s a fun way to save up for freebies on you holiday.

Lost account

I have played this for years and used the rewards partly successfully in Vegas (they do make it hard to redeem) but this latest update has logged me out of the Facebook account and along with that the past 3 years of points/coins etc.
Well just log back in I hear you say.... sadly not possible, I am not on Facebook and only create an account to play and claim rewards on myVEGAS, I set it up approx 5/6 years ago and as never needed them have lost the log in details some where along the line and would have no idea what made up email I would have accredited it to all those years ago... so maybe partly my fault but 1 star for the complete frustration this has now caused......not prepared to start again so will now free up some space on my iPad !!

Shambles - Unable to redeem rewards

I've been playing MyVegas apps, along with MGM slots, POP slots and Konami since 2016. In this time I've been to Las Vegas multiple times and whilst playing the apps have amounted over 900,000 points. Problem is, the first time I have finally got enough points to claim a long waited and deserved reward from being loyal - it doesn't work!! Having attempted multiple times to resolve the issues of trying to redeem rewards I'm told there's nothing that can be done unless I ring MGM resorts (which I'm a member of) in the U.S at my own expense in the hope they might be able to help me. I gave in and tried this expensive solution only to be told they also cannot help me and it's down to playstudios who run the app to resolve my issue. I've now given up in resignation that everything I try to redeem tells me I'm not eligible. I will no longer participate in these games which is a real shame, but I know now that these rewards are in favor of US citizens and nothing but a let down and fake rewards for players in Europe. Really disappointed as these games were a daily ritual to me
