The app keeps opening up blank. As we are supposed to depend on it for communications about our course, this is hopeless. I keep having to uninstall it and reinstall it, which is a pain and a waste of time.

In my experience with the “App” it is bad, the calendar is imprecise and does not show all the classes you have in the week, because of that I lost a class of an important module, in the news section practically in a short-cut towards the university page, which is practically useless, In the library part it does not work, it does not show anything, another useless function of the “App”. In the email part it will be a thousand times better than you download the outlook application because the one that is integrated in the "App" of the university does not show the attached document that it sends by mail. You cannot edit your student profile in the “App”, you cannot see the map of the university in “App” (it is simply a short-cut towards the university page), technically the application is useless in everything it does, it is a short-code to the university page, they want students to use the "App" instead of the wed portal that could be more stable and simple for students, the “App” is designed to send you a link to the university page and that cannot be considered a university “App”,
The purpose that this app should have is to make life a little easier for its students, not stress them out and create anxiety and stress.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Absolutely ridiculous that the university uses this as it makes being a student far harder than it needs to be! I’ve been on my course for two years and have had constant issues (all sorts of different problems) the entire time. Examples would be, the app not opening (blank screen), not being able to send emails, not able to copy and paste, unable to attach documents, unable to scroll properly to see the screen where I’m typing…the list is endless.
