Great app and amazing company
This app is great for all your holiday needs from initial quotes , to all flight info ( delays before they are announced in the airport sometimes)& tickets , transfers, hotel info , secure holiday payments and excursions all in one place. Add this to travel counsellors amazing customer service ,Claire young in particular , and you have the best in the travel business as awarded by the queen’s award for business, also voted top for service by a mile during the Covid crisis by Martin Lewis polls !
Great App
Really love the app. It compliments the human interaction with the agent so well. It’s slick, really easy to use and contains everything in one place. As an enhancement, I’d love to be able to view the airline seat map within the app to see where my reserved seats are or the cabin map on the cruise ship.
Great Travel App
The app stores all your Travel Counsellors bookings and has details, vouchers and itineraries on. It send notifications of flight changes and delays on the day of travel and helps you during the booking process to clearly see the proposals.
