You can link 1 or more bracelets to your MyID Profile—update your profile once and its updated across all your bracelets. Enjoy these additional features:

• Integrates with Apple Health Records

• The QR Wallpaper feature allows you to embed your entire profile into a custom QR code image for your iPhone's lock screen wallpaper.

• Enable passcode lock with Touch/Face ID capabilities.

• Use your device's camera to quickly add your photo to your profile.

MyID Plus Subscription
For $1.99/month or $19.99/year, your Plus subscription unlocks powerful features including Pill Reminders, Documents, Sharing, and the ability to notify your emergency contacts at the tap of a button.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The Plus subscription auto-renewal may be managed and edited by the user under "Account Settings" after purchase.

Having control over the information I choose to have recorded and visible via my medical tag gives me great peace of mind.
Products are pretty stylish and understated too which is nice.
