Phone number needs to be correct
The Contact Envirovent phone number on the app is incorrect, it might seem a small thing but it’s important to have this sort of thing correct.
Good app. Instructions could be better
The app is decent. Connection to the unit was a problem to begin with but resetting the access point solved that.
My only gripe is that the instructions could be better in terms of describing certain features in more detail.
Doesn’t work as it should
Have had Atmos unit replaced twice, app still failing to connect. Would be better if unit was operated with a simple control unit - app is pretty pointless, especially since it has no functionality for controlling the unit remotely (i.e. when away from home).
