Really surprised this hasn’t been done before, renting has been made so much easier since being with Simple Life. Their app allows us to view rent payments, report maintenance queries & repairs, speak to the neighbourhood on the forum and navigate our household! It’s been brilliant and every landlord, private or not, should consider doing this!
