Doesn’t update bill payments
I paid a bill through this app but it still says it’s outstanding. Not very good at all.

Incompetence
Let me sign up so then I can add my accounts, but no you want to make this difficult for people to pay their bills or send meter readings right?
So how many signups do I need to have If I pay for my bill, the bill that's in my mothers name and another that's on my father's name ? Unless i get it wrong?
Asking personal details on sign up locks my sign up to one account right?
