Love it!
Although my Greek is not yet good, and was totally non-existent when I moved here and got my prepaid SIM at the COSMOTE shop, I must say that the app, the offers, the service - everything has been excellent.
Even when my Greek was non-existent, the app has been incredibly intuitive and straightforward to use. I initially had a Greek friend assist me with the setting up, but after that, it’s been plain sailing.

This is a joke!!!
This network provider (what’s up) is a joke. I know that this place is for feedback on the app but I can't find where to complaint about the company so I might as well do it here. I have written this review both on the whats up app and here. They have something called DIY but there is nothing dyi about it especially when you force people to have some bits to start with (such as 1gb and 600') and then add on extra bits. What if i dont need any minutes. Has anyone in the company ever thought about that?All aspects (data,calls and messages) should have an option to choose the amount you want to add but NO they do not have that. Also as I do not have internet at home and can not have (as per Cosmote) because I live in a remote area, I rely on unlimited data but of course they do not have that option, only on a weekly basis which can only be activated twice a month. Useless!!! They could not keep the summer offer of unlimited data for a whole month for the entire year!!!
English version
I understand there is an English version coming soon. It would also be helpful if your sms notifications could also be directed in English for your English customers. I’m forever having to translate and even then it’s difficult to understand the message as it seems lost in translation
