Brought to you by Pro Strongman coach Shane Jerman, the MST (modified strongman training) Systems is a revolutionary training system which uniquely blends many different proven methods together, to create the ultimate all round strength athlete.

Conjugate, western linear periodization & undulating periodization combined with SAQ (speed, agility, quickness), bodyweight control & perfect structural balance work help build the base of the MST System.

These methods took Luke Richardson, Mark Felix, Ken McClelland & Shane Flowers to Worlds Strongest Man. Lucy Underdown became the first female to deadlift 300kg. As well as programming New Zealand's Strongest Man Matthew Ragg, Worlds Competitor Rongo Keene and many more.

Shane has programmed title wins in many weight classes, to list just the UK's achievements - Britain's & Europe's Strongest Man u80kg, England's Strongest Man u90kg, England's Most Powerful Man u105kg, Europe's Strongest Man 2020, England's Strongest Man 2021. This doesn't include all the titles won in Europe, USA, Australia & New Zealand.

The app has 100% fully customisable programming, guiding you through your off-season and competition peak training with cycling phases of maximal strength, rep strength, technique/execution and specific event skill work, with over 250 exercises to choose from to build your perfect programme.

Run your own customised programmes, or choose from pre-built MST Systems phases which guarantee you results. Programmes will cover every aspect, such as log peak programmes, deadlift peaks, as well as programmes built specifically around upcoming Strongman comps such as England's Strongest Man qualifiers, so you have exactly what you need to prep perfectly.

Also included is the "Learn" section, we have industry experts providing educational videos to help you improve your Strongman Training. Movement specialist Chris Knott provides movement prep/activation drills to hit pre session, so you get the most out of your training. Conor Neilly a leading expert in the supplement industry gives breakdowns on all supplements so you know what you need and don't need.

The future!

This I can say is the future of strongman training and coaching and also the future of training for your everyday person to your novice or advanced athlete in a lot of different sports in fact it’s hard to say who wouldn’t benefit from this from fighters to strength athletes and everything in between. Having being coached personally by Shane and flash I can now see in black and white the methods to their madness. The best thing about that is Shane is always looking to out best himself as is everyone involved in the Mst movement. Amazing value for money and knowing what Shane and Mst stands for I know this is just the beginning and there is soo much more yet to come. Watch this space!

The MST app is one of a kind in the strongman scene. The app is so easy to use and programme to suit your individual goals! There is so much choice and every aspect of your strongman training is covered. It can still be used in a commercial gym with no strongman equipment which makes it useful to anyone just wanting to get stronger. Would 100% recommend

Brilliant

I only use this for my off-season. However it is by far the best thing I’ve used to keep myself on track without a coach. Great App highly recommended.
The lads the run it class aswell any issues or advice needed you’ll get response as quick as you wrote it.
