Mortgage Calculator Swift 4+

This app will provide an estimate* for mortgage payments and allow you to search property sold prices for properties located in England and Wales.

For mortgages, the app allows you to specify multiple changes for the following, over the length of the mortgage.

This allows you to see the impact that these changes may make on the mortgage length and payment amounts.

- Mortgage Interest Rate
- Monthly recurring overpayments
- One-off overpayments

The app can also display a breakdown of the estimated payments per month or per year.

You can export the generated estimated data into csv format.

The app uses a generic approach to calculate the mortgage repayments, which may differ from the method that is applicable for any mortgage you actually choose.



You can also search for property sold prices (beta) for properties located in England and Wales, that have been sold for value and lodged with HM Land Registry for registration.

The data may be updated periodically following when additional data is published by HM Land Registry.

The data covers property sales in England and Wales that are sold for value and are lodged with HM Land Registry for registration.

Note, it may take several months from a property being sold to the data being available from HM Land Registry. There may also be delay in publishing the HM Land Registry data to this app. You can obtain the latest properties sold prices directly from HM Land Registry.
