Thanks for your feedback on the app. I've added the granular mortgage lengths feature so now it can be set to exact year lengths such as the 16 year term you mention. Regarding months, I think there is some confusion there. If you set the correct start date then the exact number of years and months remaining and the end date should be shown. There is no need to set an odd mortgage term in years and months for that.

Why not one click to deny for cookies and data collection?
The app have 54 hidden vendors who watch your activities across the app and there is no easy way to say No , it took me 5 minuets to clicking each individual vendor to not to track , such a waste of time , avoid this app if you don’t want to share your activities on your mobile .

Minimum term restriction
Minimum term allowed should be less than 10years. A basic flaw.
