This is honestly worth more

Just managed to connect it to my daw pc via WiFi with full midi control from devices connected to the pc itself. This is seriously something else and the amount of modules included is going to last anyone a lifetime.

Two things: I somehow ended up needing an extra app called midinetwork to connect to the pc, as the app didn’t want to create a session input on its own but once this was set up it works flawlessly. The other one is... two-ways VCV Rack compatibility, but I’m sure this is something the dev is considering or dismissing for some important reason.

Cant say much about the synthesis as I’m a modular noob but surely beats extending a display to the iPad and running reaktor with its unoptimised ui.

Immense fun- who would have thought it?

I had bought this at the introductory price when it first dropped- and then was too scared to go near it for almost a year. Finally, several factors combined to get me started- and within 72hrs I was absolutely hooked by it, making a variety of bizarre sequenced noises and then building drum synths (well, I had planned to buy a DrumBrute). The only word of warning for those yet to take the plunge down the rabbit hole is that it will take up increasing amounts of your time- but by thunder it is fun!

Give us a bloody clue.

I bought this based on the reviews only to find that the manual, such as it is, gives no instructions on how to get started. I’m not stupid, I understand how to set up midi controllers and audio inputs and outputs, but how do I use this with a midi controller and is that even possible? I see that there are midi modules but there’s nothing to explain what to connect. My Korg nanoKey Studio shows up as a controller but it’s impossible to connect it to anything. Nothing works and I’m faced with various badly labelled modules and so far guessing what connects where has failed to produce any sound whatsoever.

A few simple diagrams showing some basic setups would have been helpful, but I’ve wasted 4 hours on something I can’t get any sound out of. I’m sorry to say that this is not a very user friendly app and I would not recommend this to anyone.
