1. Model the minesweeper game as a Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP) [a]
2. Precompute the heuristic score for each valid move using multiple state-of-the-art algorithms [b], to yield a stack rank of 10 (or less) best moves.
3. Based on the heuristic difference between the optimal move and the actual move by the user, we use our pre-defined probability (non-uniform distribution) to control the mine position (by ad-hoc switching cells on the board).
4. At the end of the game, further tune the mine-switching probability using win/lose ratio as an input [c], to ensure a custom tailored gaming experience that’s challenging but not frustrating.

Favourite app on the phone
It doesn’t just have minesweeper, it has other games like sudoku. It also weirdly has things like a BMI calculator and like, which is unexpected but welcomed.
If I could pay to get rid of ads, I would because I use this app a lot on my phone, more so than any other. It doesn’t consume much battery (more like none), the controls are easy to learn, there’s some nice music though I mute it most of the time.

Good game but I feel as though I am missing something. Is there any way to play the larger grids in portrait mode? The grid is placed landscape so you can only see half of it at a time meaning you have to scroll to the other side even though it barely takes up half the screen. I’d also like to see an option to remove ads, I truly despise watching them so I don’t mind paying a small fee to remove them (but not a delusional subscription payment like there is on other apps lol).

Hi, if you are on iPad, you can change to portrait mode from the menu screen.

I downloaded this to play minesweeper but every update there are more addictive games! I love this app however would love to see the option to buy an ad free version please please make it happen!!
