MindValley Quests
I have just finished the Silva Ultramind system, Mindvalleys latest Quest, and my second as a student and I am absolutely blown away. The content is exceptional but actually I want to rave about the user experience. The attention to detail that has gone into this platform is second to none. So so much research has been carefully utilised from the psychology of advanced learning to the technological layout and design to the specific delivery of material in terms of length and modality, carefully including and alternating all learning styles; visual, auditory, kinaesthetic etc. I mean, it is just such a delight to take a programme that has literally stacked all the odds in favour of your success in every way. And it works, I was more productive, committed, focused, fascinated and engrossed than I’ve ever been before, and I am an avid student so that’s really saying something. It is so apparent the level of care and dedication MindValley has for its community and the development of its students and that really shines through with every little touch. It actually means a lot and makes a huge difference to feel so personally involved and cared for.

Amazing journey for me so far. I’ve taken the super brain quest with Jim Kwik.
I’ve struggled with procrastination and a psychological loss of what I previously had in my life. I’m in Mensa and historically had an amazing mind which I gradually lost over the past 10 years. I’m finally getting it back thanks to this life changing Mindvalley quest. Part is attitude for sure, I stopped believing I had it and I became someone unrecognisable to even myself. The rest was action, I forgot that I used to naturally use my mind in the ways taught in the quest and took steps to maintain it. That had all disappeared due to long term illness and the fact that I’d forgotten how to show up and play fully out!! Thanks Jim. I’m just starting but already I feel like my old self. I have energy, will, and a super rain that makes my old Mensa brain look like mush !!
Stability & Focus
While I navigate some rough seas in my life currently I joined Mindvalley to work with Jeffrey Allen. While it is early days yet (14 days in) I have found Duality a very helpful tool in navigating these choppy waters, helping stay focused on what I can work on - myself. This has been a lifeline in grounding me to the present and working in my energy and, to a degree, my thoughts and feelings. Lots of daily tools to enable my stability in myself, a view of positive outcomes and the desire to keep moving forward. I’ve just signed up for the free seminar and I am looking forward to exploring more programs once I have completed Duality. I would definitely recommend joining Mindvalley, there is something for everyone and something for everything you mailed guidance with 🥰
