Description

Putting together the pieces of your life's puzzle

Take a proactive approach to your mental health. My mission is to help you practice strategies to navigate any challenges you might face here and there or even on a daily basis on your journey to better well-being. That’s what this is, it’s a practice. It’s a lifestyle of taking a proactive approach to your mental health. If we practice consistently over time, the results will take care of themselves. Each week, different exercises are offered that you can practice in your everyday life as you go about your day. Lots of science based education about mindfulness, life balance, emotional intelligence, living a meaningful life, building resiliency and self acceptance, maximizing your strengths, building positive relationships, goals and the motivation to achieve them, meditations, yoga classes, fitness/weight training tips, the weekly practices and the strategies to implement those into your daily life, and lots of books, resources and other fun stuff. We have cool t-shirts available too that we are donating proceeds from to Autism Awareness.

We're not here to diagnose anyone. We all experience a little or a lot of everything now and then so we might as well develop the strategies to navigate it. Practice these strategies as you go about your daily life, and your emotional health will very likely will improve. Practice these strategies as you go about your daily life, and you very likely will experience better well-being. Practice these strategies, as you go about your daily life, and the emotional challenges you face just might seem less challenging. We focus on the here and now. The way we navigate our personal and professional lives today, has everything to do with the way we draw for our past experiences When we work towards improving our emotional and physical health today, yesterday seems less challenging. Number one rule of mental health, in my opinion, don’t live in the past, so let’s practice today, improve our here and now for better well-being. Mind and body, it’s all one, work them both to have it all, that’s right, you can have it all, all of you. Sounds pretty cool to me.
