Ok
Decent app. Good sales snapshot, but serious issue is the calendar not pulling through attendees of classes. Needs to be fixed ASAP! Would have been 4or 5 stars otherwise
Limited Functions & Consistently Buggy
I've used this app through necessity for years and it's never worked flawlessly. It's getting better but it's never quite there.
It always opens up with a blank screen, regardless of what the support team recommend; and once appointments do appear (through my own fiddling of parameters or scrolling back and forth) the dates listed will very often not correspond to the appointments shown, which is one of the worst things a scheduling app could do!
There is also very restricted function for viewing clients' payment history so I often have to use the main website alongside, which is annoying. I don't have to do that when using other apps to send emails or do my banking or even use MS Excel.
They don’t care about they clients, they care about their money
They never help if they have a problem with Mindbody app or MINDBODY site, I had so many complaints from my customers about bookings, log in, cancellations, and I had to sort out everything by myself, as technical support never fixed any problem, they just pretended to fix it, but no one of my requests had been never done, it took a lot of my time and I decided to leave Mindbody as they services put my business reputation down.
I was working with Mindbody 2 years.
