Great app for experienced athletes
Connor mcgregor’s new app is great if you are already attuned to fitness. The reason I am giving this a 4 star and not a 5 is because it could give you different options on difficulty but it does not it instead gives you a traffic light system for different types of workouts. Green focusing on resilience orange on strength and red on explosive power. The rest of the app looks brilliant with a “meet the team” option so you get to know who is making these workouts. All workouts come with a voiceover giving you detailed instructions on what to do and how to do it. The price is pretty good too. Compared to other fitness apps that charge absurd prices like £10 a week/£520 a year this app only charges just over £1 a week. To summarise they could do more for establishing the difficulty of each workout however the app looks and feels good along with the personal aspect of the trainers

Love the app as I’m not a big fan of going to gym I do home workouts but I usually get bored after couple months workouts are different and enjoying the traffic light workouts for different days and rest days and isn’t to dear for the year I’d recommend to download the app if u can’t get motivated
